Sports Turf

Working with Premier League, Championship and other football clubs to provide premium playing and training surfaces to replicate real playing conditions.

This involves, stripping and relaying pitches, year round maintenance, and maximising the reuse and recycling of materials to reduce costs to customers. LFP also carries out research and development focused on hybrid pitches, using the VGR Top Changer technology to lengthen the useful life of the playing areas, providing large cost reductions to organisations in the process.

The treatment also leads to the reduction in the use of resources, and increasing the effectiveness of treatment applications. Similarly, these works can hugely benefit cricket, rugby, hockey and any other sports playing surfaces.

Fine Turf

LFP Sustainable Turf Solutions works with industry specialists to provide
fine turf applications to some of the most prominent golf courses in England.
We are developing the VGR process to reduce fine turf maintenance requirements
whilst increasing the quality of soils through the deep penetration and
injection of sand and water.

This assists with moisture control, reducing stress to grasses and the removal of thatch. The process is effective and efficient, minimising disruption to golf clubs, members and
visitors, with greens playable within 24 hours of works being undertaken, and
with minimal scarring. This technology can also be used with other fine turf
surfaces to enhance the performance and enjoyment of players on bowling greens,
tennis courts etc..

Grounds Maintenance
